Takeuchi MFG. Co., ltd. It was founded in 1963, and by 1971 the production of mini-excavators began (they were the first mini-excavators in the world). Today, Takeuchi specializes in producing construction equipment: mini-excavators, mid-class hydraulic excavators on caterpillar and wheeled, caterpillar loaders, and mini-dumplings.
Takeuchi has three plants in Japan and three subsidiaries: Takeuchi MFG. (U.S.), Ltd., founded in the USA in 1979, Takeuchi MFG. (the U.K.) Ltd. (Great Britain, 1996), and Takeuchi France S.A.S. (France, 2000). In 2005, she opened her first foreign factory - Takeuchi Qingdao MFG. Co., ltd. in China.
The basis of the model range is mini-excavators. Takeuchi has two lines of mini-excavators with a full-sized rotary platform and with zero removal of the feed part. The line with a full-sized platform begins with the TB108 model weighing 835 kg. The overall width of this machine with rubber-metal caterpillars and an adjustable rut of 740 mm, i.e. it can take place in the doorway and work on the floors or in the basement of the reconstructed building. In the working position, the caterpillar trolley is extended for better stability, while the width of the cart increases from 680 to 900 mm. Two rotary segments regulate the width of the dump. The monoblock arrow, providing a digging depth of 1500 mm, is placed on a rotary base. The car is composed very tightly. The chair is installed on the folding cover of the engine compartment, in which the Yanmar liquid cooling diesel is installed, with a capacity of 6.8 kW.
The class of mini-excavators weighing 1.5 tons is represented by two models- TB014 and TB016. Both models also have an adjustable rut, a rotary boom and an adjustable width of the dump. Unlike the smallest excavator, these models are supplied with a canopy and a glazed cabin. Their digging depth is 1925 and 2175 mm.
In the range from 3 to 5 tons, three models - TB125, TB135 and TB145 with digging depths of 2580, 3105 and 3500 mm. The machines are equipped with three- and four-cylinder engines Yanmar. To access the engine and units, the hydraulic system is thrown back the cabin and raised the rear cover of the engine compartment. The list of options includes elongated arrows and telescopic handles.
In class 8 tons, two models are caterpillar TB175 and wheeled TB175W. These excavators' peculiarities are in a two-star rotary arrow that expands the machine's capabilities, although requiring virtuoso ownership skills. Both models are equipped with a four-cylinder Yanmar engine with a capacity of 50 kW.
The "senior" in line with a full-sized platform is a 14-ton caterpillar excavator TB1140 with an ISUZU engine and a rotary monoblock arrow. It can dig to a depth of almost 5 m. The depth of digging can still be increased using a telescopic option handle.
The line of mini-excavators with zero output of the feed part of the rotary platform includes two models-FR138 and FR153, weighing 4 and 5.5 tons. The original support of the arrow distinguishes excavators. The support of the arrow is placed on two rotary levers and can move to the right and left in front of the cab. In the extreme right position, the hand is installed along the right wall of the cabin, and the operator can additionally reject it back, thereby reaching the minimum radius of the rotation of working equipment. In natural conditions, this quality creates additional advantages. In the configuration with standard arrows, the digging depth is 3110 and 3590 mm, with elongated - 3420 and 3900 mm. Excavators are equipped with three- and four-cylinder Yanmar engines.
The line of tracked loaders includes four models - TL130, TL140, TL150 and the recently presented "younger" model TL120. The load capacity of the loaders is 735, 945, 1120 and 600 kg. Loaders are traditionally arranged for this technique - with the front entrance and a two-point arrow. The kinematics of the arrow is also standard - radial, combining the simplicity and reliability of the structure and a high force. The hand is equipped with a quick shift mechanism. Takeuchi mini-loaders accompany the developed train of replaced attachment equipment. The Hi-Flow system is installed to work with a hydrocrated hitch requiring a higher consumption instead of a standard hydraulic system. Engines - four-cylinder Yanmar and Isuzu.
The Takeuchi lineup has an attractive truck - a TCR50 all-terrain vehicle. This is a compact machine on a tracked chassis with a dump truck with a carrying capacity of 3700 kg on a turning base, which rotates a 90 ° platform in each direction, i.e., Crowler can be unloaded both back and to the sides. The machine is equipped with an excavator cabin and a Yanmar engine with a capacity of 68 kW and develops a speed of up to 9.2 km/h. Its prepared mass is 5680 kg.
